Edx- provides free online courses from the world’s best universities and institutions. It hosts online university -level courses in a wide range of disciplines to a worldwide student body, including some courses at no charge. It also conducts research into learning based on how people use its platform. Each learning sequence is composed of short videos interspersed with interactive learning exercises, where students can practice from the videos. The courses often include  tutorial videos that are similar to small on campus discussion groups, on line textbook, and an online discussion forum where students can post and review questions and comments to each other and teaching assistants.  Also EdX learner’s Guide also includes good information about creating an account and the edX DEmo course.


To explore edX courses, you can sign an account on the eds website: .These sites are visually and functionally similar, but the their purposes & content are different. Edx offers the opportunity to learn from the best instructors from more than 70 global universities and institutions: through streaming class videos via Wi-Fi or cellular connection; views course announcements and handouts; follow along course videos with closed captions and also participate scheduled tutorials.
